Matt Birk
A 15-year NFL career made Matt's name as a leader on and off the field — recognized as the 2011 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year. He retired in 2013, just after winning Super Bowl XLVII with the Baltimore Ravens. Since then he's built a professional speaking and consulting business and backed multiple early-stage companies. A Harvard graduate, Matt brings that leadership to Matthews Building Solutions as CEO and President.
Matt Kriha
Matt started in the trades — first in the Carpenters' Union, then concrete work. When the 2008 downturn hit, he went back to school and earned a degree from the Carlson School of Management, then spent years at Renewal by Andersen, Medtronic, Oracle, and SAP. He found his way back to construction, climbing from sales and project management to director and ultimately CEO of an exterior construction company. He brings that operations leadership to Matthews Building Solutions as COO.
